	All Bookings are subject to the below terms:
•	Christmas supplement (24th Dec) is Rs 2000/- per pax and new years (31st Dec) is Rs 2500/- per pax, this includes Gala dinner, IMFL for evenings and Barbeque. (There will be no music/DJ as per forest department directives). Children above 5 years at 50% of above.

•	Incase on Wednesday evening park will be closed, Rs 3500/- will be reduced on JPAI and optional nature walk and village visit will be provided. Incase any safari is not booked the same reduction will be provided.
•	Boat Safari supplement when clubbed with Jeep Safari – Rs 150/- per pax.
•	Boat ride – Rs 1000/- per boat (Up to 4 pax) from the lodge.
•	Night Safari – Rs 7000/- per jeep (Upto 4 pax) supplement with camp out at Jhinna Camp.
•	Please draw cheques/draft in favour of KEN RIVER COTTAGES

•	Rates are subject to change without prior notice as per government taxation and park entries
•	Children below 5 years complimentary in the same room.
•	Children between 5 – 12 years at 25% the cost of the double package in the same room.
•	Above 12 years at 40% the cost of the double package, if minimum 65% extra child supplement has been paid and automatic upgrade to 2 rooms will be provided, subject to availability.
•	Above 16 years will be treated as adult and seperate room has to be booked.
•	Above packages not valid for Christmas and New Years, minimum 3 night booking for Christmas and New Years is mandatory, Christmas supplement is Rs 2000/- per person and Rs 1000/- per child above 5 years till 12 years, New Year supplement is Rs 2500/- per person and Rs 1250/- per child as above. This includes Gala dinner, barbeque and complimentary IMFL on 24th Dec and 31st Dec. (No music/DJ is allowed as per national park directives)
•	Movie camera, elephant, boat safari in the park and any extras on actual in cash at the lodge.
	50% advance at the time of booking and 50% 1 week before booking date in Delhi office.
•	No adjustments or refunds in case of not availing any facility from the package.
	Jungle Plan rates are subject to park entries and can be changed without notice. Incase park rates increase after the booking has been made the difference will be charged on actuals from the guest before arrival date.
	Change in Safari bookings, name change in park tickets, date change, add on name are considered as re issue of ticket and Rs 1000/- for Panna will be charged as extras.
